She also went above and beyond what was required in settling an unjust tax penalty leveled on me by the IRS. She knew exactly what to do and how to get it corrected in a very timely manner. She put my mind at ease every step of the way through the process, and I was never overly concerned or worried. Doing taxes is never fun, but Nancy makes every effort possible to take the stress out of it and insures everything was done correctly and timely. For myself I can't see trusting anyone else with my tax needs.
